First of all, it is not a one-time visit, we have been there several times. You want to support local cafes or similar facilities. However, it was the last visit now. But it is our personal opinion and I like to give it back. For us it always degenerated into stress. The employees themselves do not know what they are doing. Buffet: I don't see when it costs € 12.90 and when it costs € 9.50. Each time you are referred to the last places. You can still live with it, the main thing is to have a nice breakfast together. Then a pot of coffee is simply placed without even taking an order. It is always expected that you want to take the buffet. No thanks! Sometimes it looks very unsavory. Well, so on. Children pay half. I should have preferred not to. My kids didn't even eat for € 3, but the main thing was to have a surcharge. Then it was about the cocoa that the children had with them for free. You can surely guess it. There was no. It is said to be an old card. It would no longer be included. My father had unsuspectingly taken a cup of coffee from the pot, but not a buffet. Should have left and now we come to the main point: The employees' discussions there. I'm not talking about factual discussions, they're talking to you as if you were a toddler. These accusations that you would have taken a coffee without us paying a buffet! My father is actually a calm person, but then his hat string went up! My uncle is also very dignified, but he has passed delicious again there! I had a free coffee in my sweet breakfast, I was just waiting for the coffee that I drank with my husband to be credited to me. He had a buffet. My uncle then asked again for a large jug because several people had the buffet. The nice employee did not listen again, although it was said 3 times. She dismissed the guilt again. The jug ended up on my mother's bill, even though it was part of the buffet. In the end the visit was only caustic and we were happy when breakfast was over. We are not small children and we do not need to be taught. We don't need to know when the card is out of date and when it isn't. I pay and get what is on the card. I don't have to argue about that. Nobody has to pound anybody over coffee here. I want to see clearly when the buffet costs more and I don't want to guess and then let me stupidly turn it on from the side. Either there was discussion or we were left out! Honestly, for the money I prefer to go to Cafe del Sol or Bar Celona. I get a full, big buffet for the same price and the staff are FRIENDLY. You have not been customer-oriented for a long time, people are only satisfied with what they still have in Wattenscheid. The employees already ensure that the behavior gets around. Thank you for the breakfast that you messed up colossally. I hope you have calculated the bread crumbs that I had under the soles!

Nice cafe but come up with something different at the breakfast buffet. The cold cuts have been the same for years. Otherwise, very nice and attentive service.

Always friendly staff, even the small dog may be taken. Small extra wishes will be considered. Super clean, the toilet ... where this is in the basement area. We recommend. If we are in the area, coffee break or breakfast buffet or a leecktes lunch ... that must be then.

Delicious and varied cake selection at fair prices. For breakfast you should bring patience, as it is often very crowded and unfortunately very noisy. The buffet is adequate, but not extravagant. Desires are fulfilled as soon as possible. The coffee is very good, you will rarely find it.
